Paint and Plastic Stripping

Plastic that coated to metal usually difficult to clean, stripping process of plastic that coated on metal beside need of special technology also used high temperature to make the plastic can removed easily. By control the temperature of stripping process between those setting will keep the plastic not burnt but stripped from the metal that slicked to. The organic adhering the metal parts will be removed without creating time is less then one hour. Typically parts to be cleaned are paint hangers, grated, dies, nozzles, extrusion and screw. Stripping process also used for other material like paint, rubber other than just plastic. Every material need certain temperature in order can work better, because each material have different melting point.
