How to Process Plastic Domestic Waste

Even the problem of plastic waste from house hold already become global problem, but the realization to process plastic domestic waste still can't be realize, because of the lower government is not ready to implementation the regulation from Environmental Ministry.

To process of domestic waste in the coutry still a theoretical only because to implement the theory on processing domestic waste need high cost that may not feasible with the benefit may come from this process. Government also have released the rule about domestic waste management and the guidline on how to implement this regulation, but on the regulation still depend on lower government to force of implement this regulation, so I think this regulation will no use without money from central government. Even Jakarta itself is not ready to implement this regulation PP 81 year of 2012, so the regulation just to strengthen the theory about domestic waste management itself.

Jakarta Cleanliness Department requested Regional Legislation (Balegda) City Council to immediately finish the discussion of Draft Regulation (draft) on Waste Management. Therefore, since the year 2012 Academic draft Waste Management was already completed and handed over to Balegda. When it passed, this Bill will replace Regulation No. 5/1988 on Environmental Hygiene In Capital Territory.

As on the theory, domestic waste should be separated between organic and non organic.

But if the government don't have facility to transport and to process each waste, this effort will nothing. The amount of domestic waste in Jakarta very huge, to process domestic waste in proper way will need huge money/
